Tire city owner Tommy is very unprofessional and from what I see don’t care about some of his customers I brought my car to his shop to have 4 New tires put on 4 different Rims .his guy put the new tires on and Blanched them but didn’t put the tire sensor on the new rims that they put on my car. Which I didn’t know anything about until I got home in took the factory tires in rims out my car. Once I started driving the pressure sensor light came on my dash in wouldn’t go off. So I go back to the tire shop n tell his worker about the tire sensor in he tell me that the sensors on the tire needed to be calibrated in the machine he needed to calibrate them was at the other shop. He tell me to drive to the other shop to get them Calibrated. So I drive all the way to DIP to the other shop. The guy at the shop go out to calibrate the tires in tell me that the guys at the other shop never put the sensors in my rims when they changed them out. So now I have to drive all the way back to Theodore Dawes Rd. Back to the tire shop in I tell the guy that worked on my tires the first time what was going on with the tires. So he starts to take the tires off then Tommy the owner come out in tell me that I will have to pay $30. Why should I have to pay for something that they should have done in the beginning? In I don’t think that’s far.
