Missed appointment with no contact to let me know. I waited an hour and reached out via phone. Was told the crew was delayed because they were on an RV that needed additional work and he would let me know an estimated time that the crew would arrive. 1 hour later I reached out via text and got no reply. 3 hr late I reached out with another text requesting update, No Reply. Had to book with another company but lost an entire afternoon for my Wife and I as both vehicles were to be washed. Complete disregard for our time. Super disappointed & hope he works on communication skills. To just leave people hanging like this is a really poor way to run a business. If your so busy you don't want new business simply don't provide a quote. This website really misrepresents the way the company is run. Not professional, more like run out of a guys garage and its not his number one priority.

Unprofessional and unreliable. They were a no-show for an appointment. I tried calling many times and just got VM. I ended up cleaning my own car. Very unhappy.

The wind with dust in Scottsdale makes quite the mess of my car. Pristine comes every other week making my car look new in and out. Love them and very reasonably priced.
