If I could give them zero stars, I would! Anytime autoglass was sent to replace my windshield by my dealership under warranty. The installer got the job done in under 15 minutes. When I explained that I wasn't happy with the workmanship because the glass wasn't sitting flat, he got disrespectful. A supervisor came to inspect the job and said he could see nothing wrong and the installation is what it is! He would have the owner come out to look at it. It has now been 2 months and not a word from the "owner" or anyone else. Now my $75k vehicle has a windshield with more waves on it than the beach. The installer couldn't even bother to clip the plastic bits on the windshield correctly. I had to do that after the fact! UPDATE: The owner finally came out to inspection. He agreed that the installation and / or possibly the glass was defective. Two more windshields and an installer that took his time (about 75 minutes), and the glass was installed correctly and flush without waves. Raised my rating to 3 stars because I should have never had to write this review or wait 3 months for my repair to be completed correctly.
