this was actually going to be a 1-star review! but i went in today * tues 2/11* to have front & back sensors put in my 2025 hyundai elantra. i was quoted a price of $726 for the past 2 wks. before i left the store this morning, after i handed them my keys, i specifically double checked what my price would be & that i was in fact getting the front & back sensors. i was told the price was the same & yes, i was in fact getting the front & back sensors. a couple hours later i was told they needed to do extra work & remove both bumpers & that the price would go up $500. so imagine my surprise! i said fine, as long as the price doesn't go up. so i go back to the store & was very upset. mainly because nobody told me that there would be any extra charges, services, etc. & that the price could change depending on what was needed. & i wish there had been more clarification that until they actually looked @ the car and worked on it, they won't know for sure of what the final price would be & that it would be better to keep me posted. which would've been just fine because at least i would've been prepared if additional work needed to be done. but in the end, the store manager gave me a discount & took very good care of me & the salesman & technician who worked on my car went out of their way to explain the new sensors to me & were very apologetic over any miscommunication. & the sensors work fantastic! even if you have a camera, the sensors are a much better safety feature for your car. so i do recommend this store, BUT your first quote may not be the FINAL quote & that i hope the staff are more clear with customers on what & why the price may have to go up. but in the end, this is exactly what i wanted. & great job to the technician who installed them! & to the salesman that took care of me in the end.

The Specialists are awesome! Went in this morning to have my key for programmed for my aftermarket alarm/remote start system and they got me in and out in just a few minutes! Super fast and awesome service! I definitely recommend their service and support!
