Spoke to a rep a few times and was lied to multiple times about fixing the issue with my car. I don't like feeling like I have to beg a company for help and time when I'm the one paying money! I've been texting multiple numbers that I was given by the rep and sending pics of my car to probably anyone and have not gotten service. Was told that a rep would definitely come and check out my car at a certain time and was left hanging. I was just standing outside waiting and he never showed up! Didn't even bother to call or respond to my texts! The customer service here is HORRIBLE. Be careful
