From check-in to check-out, there was no waiting. Insurance paperwork was printed and ready for me and when car was ready, paying was simply signing 2 forms and pulling out my credit card. They took the time to explain the care I needed to follow for the next few hours. They did call to let me know car was ready, only 2-hours after the check-in. Front desk personnel were very nice and friendly. This is the reason when needed, I have come to this shop each time, and prices are lowest based on estimates from other auto window replacement shops.

Replaced my broken windshield. Was referred to them from a diff shop that no longer deals with insurances. I had a crack and chip. They were pretty quick.
