We’re returning customers and have never been disappointed! Tony and Zena consistently provide top-notch customer service and go above and beyond to meet expectations. Last night, our truck was broken into and the window was shattered. I texted Zena before the shop even opened, and she immediately checked if they had the part we needed—and reserved it for us. They took us in without an appointment, replaced the window, vacuumed all the shattered glass from the car, and even made time to tint our windows. Their service is always exceptional. If you need a window or windshield replacement, tinting, or anything in between—this is the place to go!

LET ME JUST SAY WOW! These people are amazing. I needed my window fixed and he showed me every step on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed which made me so comfortable. Tony the owner then went out of his way to find the piece I needed for a cheaper price since my car is hard to find parts for. He then fixed my car the next day he received the part. I was recently cited for my window tint on my driver side and it’s not that dark! So I called to see if they could do their test/measurement. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and suggested I come in. She took one look at my window and said that is definitely not illegal and couldn’t believe I received a citation! Then one of her guys come out and he found that my window has 81% light visibility, while the CA Law states 70% is required. He then videotaped my VIN number and outcome to support my case. I felt validated, supported and empowered by the treatment that I received at this establishment! They didn’t charge me anything, and I would highly recommend them for their excellent service!

These folks are great! Took our Subaru Outback in to have the cracked windshield replaced and recalibrated. They said it would take 2-3 hrs to complete. It was ready in about 1 1/2 hrs. The cost was about half the price of Safelite. This is the second time I have had a windshield replaced here. The first time was for my Ford truck, and they were great then. When my Subaru windshield was hit by a rock, A1 was the first place I thought of to have it replaced. Very friendly employees.

Tommy and Tony were of great help. We had two Tesla Model 3’s tinted all-around today. We met with Tommy initially and he explained the differences in the tint they carry. He took his time explaining minute details to me when I asked him. We settled on CTX 25 for both vehicles. Once done, both vehicles looked amazing. Tony was able to further add details about the Tesla and the computer, related to heat. He said the ceramic film we had installed will last and keep the vehicle cool. Earlier this month, they also filled in a chipped windshield on one of the Teslas. The final prices for their services were competitive and A1 Auto Glass and Tinting had superior services. Take it from a picky shopper, I highly recommend this shop.
