Decent hand car wash and exterior detail, but way too aggressive in trying to sell me additional services. Every time I go I get the nonstop “specials” pitch. I kept saying no, and the attendant just wouldn’t stop. So annoying! I fell for buying a polish and wax job in advance for nearly $200, received a gift card for it which I subsequently lost. Never got the service, money down the drain. My fault for losing the card but jeez, please, knock off the high pressure sales tactics. No means no. It’ll be some time before I return to this place if ever.

I had an amazing experience at Laguna Niguel Car Wash! Valentino went above and beyond to help remove paint from the hood of my Mercedes, and the results were flawless. I have used this car wash successfully for over 10 years. A few weeks ago an emblem on my vehicle came off while washing my car. The company was very responsive in identifying the issue, promptly ordering a replacement emblem and installing that emblem all without charge. In particular Valentino, Emilio and Mark were very helpful and responsive. I’m a very happy customer and will keep going back for more car wash services. Thank you
