Took my 2025 Model 3 in yesterday on an appointment. I have taken all my cars to this place, and all have been top shelf experience. All issues I have found have been fixed on the spot, but please do give them a call first because they tend to get busy throughout their business hours. Susan is very knowledgeable of the type of tint, application, and the dos and don'ts of each specific film. I was in and out of there in about 2.5 hours. Just remember to block off some time for yourself if you plan to wait. My Model 3 turned out excellent as usual. I once again opted for the Pinnacle Series. I took my 2014 Chrysler 300S back in 2014 and the tint is just as good as it was 11 years ago. Thank you, Susan and the entire Preferred team! Keep up the great work!
