Brought my Brand new 2025 X5 M60I to these guys for PPF they messed it up in many places with. When I confronted them he said to bring it back in, when I went at the time he said… the store was closed. Waited almost 2 hrs multiple phone calls didn’t answer, then I texted him gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe something happened. Wasn’t even given an explanation as to what happened haven’t heard back from him in over a week. Quality is the worst you’d find anywhere. Tint was also a horrible job came apart multiple times then my detailer fixed it. Made multiple attempts to contact to get all this right was literally ignored. Don’t bring your valuable cars here.

My husband got his car wrapped here and is extremely disappointed. He picked up the car today and trusted this shop, so he didn’t closely inspect it before leaving. The shop owner told him the car was done and that we’d come back in a month for any touch-ups. However, just 30 minutes after leaving, my husband inspected it more carefully and felt the work was done carelessly and sloppily, with a lack of quality and attention to detail. I texted the owner to share my husband’s concerns, and instead of apologizing, he said, “Let me take care of it again and make sure it’s done exactly as it should have been from the start.” To me, that’s a red flag—why wasn’t it done properly from the very beginning? This reflects poor work ethic, and the wrap is not something anyone would want to advertise if they were trying to attract more customers. My husband is easygoing and didn’t expect perfection, but the edges weren’t cut properly, there was excess film everywhere, and the wrapping was done sloppily. It looks bad and unprofessional. What’s even more disappointing is that the owner was comfortable letting us leave with the car in that condition. My husband’s car is brand new—he doesn’t even have the license plate on yet. He really loves it. He was hesitant about getting PPF in the first place, but when he finally decided to do it, this was the result. The owner also brushed off the poor work as if it were a “you” problem, saying he’d redo the areas that didn’t meet my husband’s expectations. But after seeing photos, I’m sure the PPF wouldn’t meet anyone’s expectations. The work doesn’t look professional at all, and if my husband had known, he would have left the car as is or gone somewhere else. The 5-star reviews on Yelp and Google don’t reflect the quality of work we received, and if other people’s cars turned out like this, we don’t understand how those ratings were earned. Update (two weeks later): Still no response from the owner. He doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. The problem is we don’t trust him to work on the car anymore. Please don’t come here—this guy will not take responsibility for his work. He even admitted that someone else worked on the car and that it wasn’t trimmed properly. It’s been two weeks, the bubbles aren’t going away, and the film is peeling. After consulting several professionals, they all said the car wasn’t prepped or washed before the wrap was applied. Please don’t think that just because his pricing is fair and competitive, you should give this place a try. Save yourself the time and money—if you get your car wrapped here, you’ll just end up paying another shop to unwrap it.

He did everything possible to meet my timeline and worked hard to get it done in time (2.5 days). The final quality of the wrap was excellent. Really good details in the corners, and the entire truck looks flawless. He also tinted my windows and applied ceramic coating to trims. I highly recommend him because of the great quality and first class customer service.

If you need window tint services, these guys get the job done very well!! Most definitely recommend to anybody in the area or even if you’re a little further out.
