The owner is VERY nice. Unfortunately, the staff in the shop are NOT. I travel for a living and have little time to attend to auto care. I was in L.A. on vacation and rode my bike past this place. I decided to go here because the owner was attentive, quick, and polite. I was able to bring my car back during the weekday and have the windows tinted immediately. When I picked it up the windows looked good and the price was just a little more than what I would have paid in my home state of Washington. When I got back to my friend's house, I saw a 5 inch rip/crack in my side door interior panel from the window seal down the plastic. I immediately returned and informed the assistant. She went into the shop and spoke with the installers. A few minutes later, the owner came out and asked me about there being other cracks/damage in my 2005 Honda Element. I affirmed that there were a couple that I already knew about and showed him that I knew exactly where they were. I politely told him that the crack in the door was NOT there before I came to them for the window tinting. He gave me a negotiated discount. I had both rear seats out of my vehicle with a couple of bags of food stuff. When I got home the second time, I found the workers' wet brillo pad in the back on the floor and they removed, but did NOT replace the plug to my spare tire cover. Finally, they have to apply some type of adhesive to the windows and this substance is still on my car despite washing it monthly since July 2024 when I got the tint. My car was/is NOT a junker. It is old, but like a Toyota or Honda, it has lasted. My car was detailed in May of 2024. If you have an older car, I would NOT recommend this place. The workers are careless--cracked door panel, work materials left in car, and adhesive spilled on the exterior paint. Oh, and they (workers) will blame you for trying to lie about the damage they caused. Good luck.

I had bought this vinyl strips for my Subaru from Amazon, and was not able to install it. So I contacted LA wrap and Tint school spoke to David about installation and brought the car there. He looked at my racing strip sticker, gave a good quote. So I went ahead and even got vinyl for my hood. David and his team of guys did a really good job, taking time and effort to make sure it came out clean, with out any bubbles or tears, especially the one I had got from Amazon, as the glue was too strong. Would recommend them for sure. Going to get UV shield clear tint next, for my card windows and windshield.
