Extremely disappointing service!!! I had my car detailed here recently, and it was a huge disappointment. Yes, my car was dirty when I brought it in, but I expected to get it back clean – after all, that’s what I was paying $250 for. Unfortunately, they failed to meet even basic expectations. I specifically requested the roof interior to be cleaned, but they completely ignored it, leaving it as dirty as it was. The seats were still sticky in some places, and several areas were poorly vacuumed. It was clear that no real effort was made to do a thorough job. Honestly, this service wasn’t worth more than $150, and I was willing to pay that amount despite the lack of quality. I even approached the manager and gave them the option: either fix the issues or offer a discount. Instead, they chose to let me walk away dissatisfied, knowing I would leave this review. Save your money and go somewhere else where they value their customers and take pride in their work.
