RUN!!! AS FAR AND FAST AS YOU CAN!! I dropped off my vehicle with Marcos to do a full, bulk, PPF wrap. I told him I had lots of work to schedule so I wanted a no later than date, so I could schedule other work. He said two weeks, I said lets do 3 weeks and we agreed on a date of completion. I called him 6 or 7 times in those 3 weeks to check on the progress. Everytime he said it was going great and it might even be done early. However I said not to worry about being done early as long as it was done on time. I also texted him the day before confirming I would be there the next day at 9am. The morning of pickup, one hour before (8am) he calls me and asks what time im coming in, I said 9am like we agreed. He tries to tell me he has things to take care of so he will be gone, I told him thats not acceptable and I was already driving over and needed the car. He says "NO WORRIES ITS READY FOR YOU." 40 minutes later, when I am about 5 minutes away from the shop, he calls me again and says "so theres been a disaster." Turns out nothing has been done to the car except one panel. When I show up hes hectically trying to wrap it. He puts all the blame on his employee and takes no ownership, he says his employee told him it was done. I press him on why he lied everytime I called to ask how it was going and he said it was good and they might be done early when in reality nothing had been done. Also why he told me an hour earlier that it "was ready" when it wasnt. He said he "didnt know how to tell me" and that he was going to try and do it all in a day (which is why he tried to pretended he was going to be busy and wouldnt be there to give me the car till the evening.) He then spends the next 6 days tried to wrap my car, it was obvious he could putt PPF on a cardboard box. He would constantly put panels on only for me to ask why there are entire sections missing, cut too short, torn or only half a door was covered. On the passenger door only half the door was covered, when I asked about it he said "Thats how its supposed to be." Obviously I told him thats not true he needed to fix it. He confessed he ran out of PPF film and he was searching the shop floor for pieces he could use, thats why only half the door was covered. He CUT ON THE CAR WITH RAZOR BLADES, and there are plenty of scratches on the car. He doesnt know how to put an emblem on to save his life, or what a straight line is. When it was all said and done he said he would refund me and provided me with a refund check. WHICH THEN BOUNCED (not a surprise at all.) When I reached out to him to ask for a cashiers check he blocked my number (again, not a surprise.) I took the car to Magic Auto Shine in San Jose and they were appalled at how bad it was. The entire car had to be redone. When they took off the PPF film they found cut marks all over the car from where he cut on the car. Their PPF installation was flawless and I will be taken all my car there in the future. I also saw Marcos talk on the phone with another customer whos car was there, the customer said "hey Im going to come pickup my car, Im just an hour away and want to make sure its actually done before i come." Marcos told him yeah its done and looks great and to come over. The car was NOT done and he told his employee to go start working on it and theyd be here in a hour. When the customer showed up the car was far from finished and they left without their car and Marcos offered them more excuses If you want to spend $10k to have Marcos destroy your car for a month, never install PPF, hear him talk about how his ex wife divorced him and then have him run away with your money...then yeah this is the shop for you.

From a customer of Final Touch since 2018: do NOT bring your car here, and only look at recent reviews (after April 2024) I've been a loyal customer of Marcos for over 5 years, and I wanted to continue supporting his business, but the recent work is so subpar that I would never bring a car here again. It's not that he's inexperienced - he knows what a good wrap looks like but is letting cars leave his shop in this state. Here's what happened on my most recent visit: - He said he needed 4 days, I ended up leaving my car there for 2 weeks because he needed more time and came back to pick it up. Communication was poor throughout this period, he kept saying he needed more time and was not upfront about whether the car was even being worked on. - The car was dirty inside and out, the edges of the PPF were peeling off, and he had lost my key card. He also told me that painters who were working on his new shop had gotten paint spray on my car and he needed to take wrap off part of the car to redo that too. He told me to bring it back so he could fix everything. - I brought it back for 1 day so he could fix his previous work. When I came at our agreed upon pick up time he was still working on the car. When he removed the previous wrap that he did poorly, he took paint off the car. He then wrapped it again over the paint chips. He also found my key - turns out it had been in his pocket and went through the washing machine - I got home and started noticing all kinds of quality issues - in addition to wrapping over the paint chips, the edges peeling off in many places - I took it to another shop for a second opinion. Not only did they find terrible quality wrap work, they found that he **had not even wrapped most of the panels**. I had already paid him the full price we agreed upon for all of the panels and he didn't do most of the work. - I texted Marcos asking for a refund and it appears that he blocked me near instantly without even a response I have no recourse for a refund because Marcos insisted on being paid through Venmo/Zelle rather than a credit card. Don't be fooled by the high end cars you'll see around his shop - this business is based on prior relationships that he built, when he was still doing high quality work. The shop I took it to afterwards told me they had another customer come from Final Touch recently with even worse quality work than mine. I wanted to support Marcos as he was going through a difficult time in his personal life and moving locations, but in the end I paid thousands of dollars for poor quality work that left my car in a worse state than it was when it went in.

Pros: Marcos did a great job and didn't give up on getting the job done right. I'd definitely use him again for an exotic weekend car that I don't mind taking offline while it gets wrapped. Cons: I used Marcos to wrap my everyday R1S (Xpel Stealth) and it took 5 visits over several weeks to get the job done right. This is a one man show and I think we caught him during a challenging time (over the Holidays and moving locations). There was some friction in the operations and communications that you wouldn't expect from the price point - but he does care about doing a good job. Overall great guy and quality workmanship. Bring your patience and understanding as it's a low volume operation.

Marcos did a great job on my 2024 Porsche 718. He installed a clear wrap on the front of the car. Its perfect cant even tell it is there. Thank you!

Marcos did an awesome job on the full body Xpel Ultimate PPF and ceramic coat on my car. He was very professional from the moment I inquired about the PPF. He answered all my questions and was great to do business with. I highly recommend Final Touch!
