I been to this shop twice before and did great job on both my cars. This time that I had went... very unprofessional! I came on Thursday to get my new car done and I agreed to come back the next day at 9AM. I come back at 9am and the guy there was not there. I was told to come back at 10 am, I did and still nothing. I had texted the guy and kept giving me the run around about his ETA. I left and he agreed to do my tint at discounted price since he lagged. I agreed and again I showed up just to get a text that he had ran out of tint!!! This is not professional and wasting my time. Like I said the last time I was here was great but this time definitely not ok.

I came to this location to get the my front windshield and both front side windows tinted. The following day after my car was tinted I saw a big piece of hair embedded in the tint on my passenger window. My husband contacted the shop and they were very nice and offered to schedule for it to be corrected. The following week we scheduled for the job to be redone. After the 2nd time it was tinted I noticed tons of little bubbles on the windows with tiny pieces for hair fibers inside. At this point I was upset and wanted to get the tint removed and my money back. The shop did remove the tint but declined to provide me a refund stating they will redo the tint again. Do not come to this location they obviously do not have the experience and are unable to make things right.
