Out of all my years going to tint shops, this one was the best one I ever been to. The attention to detail with both Men and Minh is out of the world. They make sure cars come out of the shop looking all good and giving the customers what they came here for. Here is 70% Apex all around including windshield that they applied to my car. No complaints at all. Just the best work I ever seen.

Worst customer service ever.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Tint hub in Roseville. From the moment I walked in, customer service was non-existent. The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, barely acknowledging my presence. The service itself was subpar—despite promises of high-quality work, the tinting was poorly done with noticeable bubbles and uneven edges. To make matters worse, the pricing was much higher than competitors, and when I pointed out the flaws, they refused to fix the issues without charging additional fees. The wait time was far longer than expected, and the waiting area was uncomfortable and unclean. I regret choosing this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you value your time, money, and a professional experience, look elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars to The Tint Hub in Roseville. The owner is extremely disrespectful, and I have no idea how this place has 5-star reviews. I called ahead and spoke with them about getting tint for my windshield and the two driver-side windows. They gave me a quote, so I made an appointment. After waiting for over an hour, I realized they had only done the two driver-side windows. When I asked about the windshield, the owner started lying, claiming we had never discussed it. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, he became rude and defensive. Shockingly, he even removed the tint from the driver-side windows they had just done rather than fix the problem. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. Avoid this guy at all costs—there are plenty of other tint shops with better service and integrity
