So I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this place for a few years now. I’ve been bringing both my BRZ and MR2 here to Will and his team yearly since 2019 for a detail and they do a fantastic job! My roommate used to also bring his GTI here as well before. The team communicates really well and also will usually text updates on the progress of the car especially when doing a paint correction. They take the time and focus on the little details. Their prices have gone up through the years however, it’s understood that detailing is very tedious and takes a very long time if done correctly but compared to other shops and mobile detailers their service is top notch! Depending on your service your car will honestly come out looking brand new like it’s fresh off the truck from the dealer if not better to be honest since many dealerships will wash the car through the “meat grinder” car washes. Not many places will steam clean the vents and the interior of the car. Overall, 5/5 would highly recommend the shop and the team is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently brought my car to Supreme Detailworks to fix some hard water damage all along the driver side of my car, which involved polishing and claybar treatment. I was very impressed with the entire experience from end to end. From transparent and very competitive pricing (I researched multiple highly rated auto detailing locations) to texting me "before" and "after" videos as the car was being detailed - which honestly was a pleasant surprise. I was happy with the result and will definitely be bringing my car back for detailing in the future.

If you're shopping around for PPF or ceramic coating, I highly suggest going with James, his brother, and their team at Supreme Detailworks. At the very very least, they should be on your shortlist of shops you speak with. I have been researching them for a while since I was seeking a PPF installer to redo the PPF from the previous owner and to protect my new Euro front bumper on my M3. Here are a few things that stood out to me: 1 - They come highly recommended. If you speak to anyone in the Bay Area about PPF installers, their name always comes up. This is especially true in the high end sports cars and super cars. 2 - The communication. From the first initial call, through the in-person consultation, and through delivery, they did a great job of making me aware of key milestones and prospective timelines. 3 - The quality of work. James and his brother are true artists when it comes to PPF and ceramic coating. The attention to detail is truly incredible. If you want anyone working on your high end sports car, it is someone who has this level of expertise and detail. They even organized my window towels, detailing towels, and spare towels in the trunk! 4 - They check all the boxes for quality installers. Wrapped edges, multiple options for PPF, quality removal and re-install of trim, emblems, and aero, quality paint correction, stand behind their results. It's all here. 5 - Just quality people. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with are just really good, down to earth people. James and I had some great conversations about local cars and body/performance shops we both know. Additionally, I think something you should keep in mind is that James and his brother stay busy. They are entrepreneurs and work harder than most high end shops I have visited. They are also in high demand because they are referred often. I highly suggest reaching out early and be patient on getting your consultation/estimate. Time invested in the beginning is well worth the end result. Once again, thoroughly impressed with James, his brother, and the entire team. Looking forward to working with them on my next car.

Back in 2021 I requested two quotes for full front PPF. One from Supreme Detailworks and another from a different local shop in SJ. I went with the cheaper quote and quickly learned that the lower price did not equal a quality product. I kept telling myself the PPF was doing it's job protecting the paint on my truck in hopes that I could overlook all the dust, creases, and poorly wrapped edges. I ultimately decided it needed to be redone and I spoke to James again. He spent a good hour on the phone with me and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off a few weeks later. When I dropped my truck off, James took the time to go over all of the areas on the truck that I was currently unhappy with. He advised that no such issues would be present with his installation and promptly showed me a few client vehicles that he had just installed PPF on. Flawless!! I was confident that James would do a great job and decided to go full body PPF instead of full nose. I picked up my truck the following week and James walked around the truck with me to make sure I was happy with everything. Everything was perfect! I very much appreciated him taking the time to do this, my previous experience seemed as if they were trying to rush me out the door. James, his brother Wil, and all of the team at Supreme Detailworks are the type of people who care about your vehicle as much as you do. My confidence in them and their work means that I will always bring my vehicles back to them for PPF in the future. In fact, James recently did PPF on my girlfriends Honda Civic and we have an appointment to get the windows tinted as well. Supreme Detailworks FTW!!
