The owner said not a problem. Had somebody come out again and repair it! These guys are absolutely amazing! I had no plans to stop by this shop, but as I was traveling through Temecula on my way to San Diego, I had some time to kill and remembered I had a small crack in my windshield that needed fixing. I found "Faith Auto Glass" online and decided to pay them a visit. The office staff was beyond hospitable; offered me a snack and water and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The young lady that was at the desk then walked out to my car to inspect the windshield. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the services they provide. She had someone drive my car to the back and within very short amount of time I was greeted by one of the managers and updated on the situation with my windshield. I was pleasantly surprised when he said there wasn't really an issue with the small crack and that they just needed to refill it with resin. (Note: They could have totally taken advantage and charged me full price, but instead they told me that what they did was added more resin to the tiny crack, and since they didn't really do the whole repair because it wasn't required, that they said not to worry about the charge. I was honestly taken back because where I'm from, this type of customer service doesn't happen. This level of quality service with a personal touch from the owners and expertly trained staff is something you just don't find anymore. I live in San Diego, but if I ever need Tinting, windshield repair, etc. I would travel to Temecula just to use their services. This happened nearly 6 months ago, but I remembered to write this review because they were that good. They are really good people who work here and truly know the art of exceptional customer service!
