I am having a terrible experience. I dropped off my car for installing get around connect. My friend went to go pick it up and it completely broke down within 2 blocks of leaving the lot- he said that the emergency signals all came on, the car was shaking and the engine sputtering and broke down on the middle of the highway. I contacted Joe and called in and texted multiple times and NO response. This was after I had to text in the morning to see if the car was ready and he said it was ready (and hadn't notified me), and 2 hours after when I called and messaged about the emergency there's been no response. Now it's been 6 hours and STILL no response.

We had a shipping issue with getting the correct lights. The company apologized for the shipping error and handled the situation for us, pretty painless. Not really Del Rays fault they were labeled incorrectly. But I have a happy customer and that's what matters the most. The lamps purchased are of good quality and fit like a glove. Thanks guys !!!!
