I had an appointment scheduled Friday, January 31st at 1 pm. I called multiple times and texted after nobody showed up. I finally got ahold of someone hours later and was told they had sent out a mass text or email letting mobile appointments know they needed to reschedule, which I never received, but okay that’s fine. So, we rescheduled to yesterday, Tuesday February 4th at 3pm. Again, nobody ever showed up. Very disappointing. I was quoted $300 and was fully prepared to pay was looking forward to this service. Beyond unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable.

I had an amazing experience! I commute about 4 hours a day for my current job so my car tends to get dirty a bit easier. My audi looked brand new and it’s a 2017! Highly recommend for anyone especially if you are super busy!
