The customer service here is the way it should be, top notch for a service company. My Rivian looked so good that it looked brand new. It was clean and the detail work was above par, better than I had expected and I have pretty high standards. One of the things I liked best was that it smelled clean and fresh without that awful perfume type smell that you get at car washes. The tires and trim were like shiny new. I picked up my family at the airport and they were all impressed with how sharp it looked and how good it smelled.

Purchased the Ultimate Armor package (Ion Ceramic coating, Full front PPF) plus full ceramic tint for 2025 Audi RS5. The customer service and the car were is amazing! I will be a return customer and will be referring anyone that needs any of these! You can’t go wrong with Urban Customs!
