I had a TERRIBLE experience at the Port Charlotte, FL Store #066 location. I paid over $1700.00 for a non-functioning stereo and got nothing but unprofessional behavior and a bad attitude from the Owner? Manager? Shane Wamsher. It was a huge battle to get my money refunded for their sheer lack of ability to properly install a stereo. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life! I reached out to headquarters 2 times by phone and 2 times by email. I NEVER got any kind of a response. I understand it is a franchise, but I would have hoped the Headquarters has a high standard to maintain the integrity of the entire entity. It is clear they care as little as the Management at store #066. I will never do any business with this company again, and will be sure to tell all my friends and family to beware!!! Here are some pics of my loose and upside down USB, wires hanging above my brake pedal and just a a couple of the error messages I got repeatedly on the new stereo. The store#066 was given FOUR opportunities to resolve the issues, which ultimately resulted in my Old stereo being reinstalled and the store charging me 20% restocking fee that came to $361.93. They should have done the right thing to begin with and refunded the Entire total, as they were not competent to do the job properly.

Doesn’t take any accountability with the stores that they franchise to. Got tint done and had to get it redone twice because of bubbles present on all windows, corporate didn’t do nothing but tell me to take it up with the store. Or they’ll call the store for me lol, unbelievable. Always thought tint world had a reputation to do an exceptional job, the new slogan needs to be “when your tint drys expect some bubbles!” Y’all find a local mom and pop tint place to get your tint done. Lost some good business
