Excellence! I recently took my GMC Sierra 1500 diesel truck to 662 for some upgrades. They blacked out the grill and exhaust pipes as well as painted all the gmc badges to my choice. They tinted the windows and powder coated the wheels to a gloss black finish. It turned out Awesome!!!! I can’t thank the 662 team enough. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I bought a new truck from Conley and had 662 customize it. This family business does a tremendous amount of charitable work in our community!! The in-house aspect made having the truck customized very easy for me. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. They did a fantastic job! I took my vehicle to 662 customs for new tires and a leveling kit. They were very professional and responsive when it came to the logistics of the whole experience. They even gave me a loaner vehicle for the day it was with them. Before they called me to tell me it was finished, they noticed a small gouge on one of my rims (and I mean small). They weren’t sure if it was already there, or if it possibly happened on the tire change equipment. I insisted it was already there but they jumped through hoops to make it right. First they offered me a whole new set of rims, which I immediately declined. Then they insisted that I at least allow their specialist repair the rim. I eventually gave in and they took care of it the same day. When it was all said and done, you would never know the gouge was there. Service like that is rare these days. 662 is an A+ business I would highly recommend to anyone.

I just got a black out package done on my CT5–V and they blew away my expectations, which speaks volumes as I’ve been in retail for the majority of my years. I am super impressed with the passion they have for their work. They put out phenomenal work, are extremely caring and genuine people, deliver above and beyond customer service, and prices are so reasonable. What more could you want in a business?
