Took my Subaru Crosstrek here for Hail Damage and took 4 months to get repaired! Vehicle was not even involved in an accident. The entire time milking my insurance for more and more damages just to get more money and drag out the process. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Take your car literally anywhere else and you will have a better outcome. Search the low rated reviews another customer stated it took 8 months to get her vehicle back mine took 4. If you hate your car and want to forget you even had it then take it here!

I wanted to write an excellent review this time. I was here like 2019 or 2020 asking for my Subaru Forester XT 2018 to be repair on the dings and dents in the car, using the warranty purchased with the new vehicle for that precise purpose. It was about 4 or 5 dings and dents on an almost perfect car. They were asking me the time and date on each of the dings and dents. I was so upset, I never went back. This time I took my car for repair last month and this is the time that they could not give me a date and time for the repairs to be completed and my car ready. In general, the people here is so dismissive that its almost as if you are begging for a free repair. My insurance, State Farm, approved all their requests on time and they have portions of the job that work with external contractors which don't give any assurance on the time of the jobs or parts assigned to them. First time for a repair, second time for an assessment, but never again.
