Great experience re-installing a GPS car tracker. First shop used cheap, flimsy snap-on connections. One good bump on the road and it all snapped off. Audio motion pulled out all that crap, connected things properly, got on the phone with the manufacturer and me and tested everything... Especially the start interrupt. The car starts now when I want it to and doesn't when I don't, on remote command. It's a fleet car so I'll be skipping the first guy and bringing all future installs to Audio motion.
