I had my full package service done at the Atlanta center specifically. The Aspen Charged Overland package is a true game-changer. Previous to this most recent purchase. I had purchased custom wheels and tires from T-Sportline, to which I was completely satisfied. As a result of that purchase, I decided to make a purchase from them again when I decided to add a CarPlay unit to my Tesla. Unfortunately, this experience has been terrible! I ordered the unit on February 15, 2025. As of today, March 25, 2025 the unit still has not even shipped. Additionally T-Sportline has stopped communicating with me, possibly because their last couple of updates promised a unit delivery date that has since come and gone, not once but twice. The worst thing about all of this is that when I made the order, the website mentioned nothing about the unit being on back order, and I was eager to get it and install it. I even paid extra to get the two day shipping. However, it wasn’t until I contacted T-Sportline to inquire as to why my order hadn’t shipped that their representative informed me that they didn’t even have the unit and it was on backorder. Now here we are, almost two months later, I paid for this unit and expedited delivery, but have nothing to show for it. If I was you, to avoid this type of hassle, I would recommend shopping elsewhere. While they have good products, they are not upfront, and have less than acceptable customer service.

We ordered four TST 19 inch satin black rims for our Tesla Y, and they look incredible! Also, TSportline customer service were always available whenever I had questions and was super responsive. Tatiana in particular was excellent.

I just made my third order through this company, and they have officially gained a customer for life. I can't say enough about the friendly and diligent service provided by Hannah and her team. They went above and beyond to make an affordable and quick solution to get my tesla on the road and looking great. Our model x plaid used to look like everyone else's, and now we're being asked where we got the wheels. I don't want to sound corny or anything but I'm so glad I found this company and beyond thrilled to give them my money. Off the scale service. 10 out of 10. I can't even get a call back from my audi dealership, but these guys can go to bat for me and find me same day solutions on multiple occasions.
