Bad communication honestly!! Tried to return a bed cover they did a bad job, gaps on both side of the bed where water would go in. Honestly I do not recommend them AT ALL!!

In Jan of 2022, when I purchased my 2022 Ram 2500, it had less than 5 miles on it, and the dealership recommended Total Appearance for the aftermarket stereo system. I worked with Jerome, who was personable, detailed, and respectful of by my time a budget. They took a while to finish the install, several weeks, due to a delay in parts. But overall it was a positive experience, and well the significant financial investment. They installed audio system with a 12" screen, upgraded speakers, subs, bed cover, and a bed step. I stopped in multiple times over the past 3 years, and each experience has less desirable than the last. When they want that $7k, everyone is nice, but when it comes to repairs and small services they just don't respect your time, and don't own up to their errors. In 2022, this was arguably the best Install shop in the region, but now I regret my decision. I'm sure the owner will blow this off, or write a snarky response, and the chaos/poor attitude in shop is direct reflection of his micromanaging, and the distain he shows to people he deams unworthy of respect. Jerome was the difference, the buffer, but now I wouldn't recommend to walk a girl scout troop across a Walmart parking lot at midnight. You could take this opportunity to reflect, and adjust course, but your ego overshadowed your humility long ago. They used to be terrific, and you may get lucky, but I suggest going elsewhere.

World Toyota had my sunroof installed by Total Appearance. Quality install. About 1 month ago, my sunroof stopped opening, but it still would go into vent mode. I also experienced water in my passenger side vent and floorboard, as well as the headliner being wet on the passenger side. I brought the truck in, and they got it fixed in no time. It turns out that the sunroof drains were completely clogged and that's why it was leaking into the passenger compartment. It also turns out that there was a lot of debris in the back of the sunroof that was keeping it from opening up. They cleaned all of that up and gave me some maintenance procedures to keep that from happening. They did all of this at no charge. These are great people and I will be back to get other work done.!!!!
