I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it. Bob, the business owner, and Adam, the audio tech who ran a diagnostic on my truck stereo, completely blew me away with their professionalism, empathy, and unmatched expertise. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a real person—not just a customer. They understand that people go through things, and they approach every interaction with care, patience, and genuine human kindness. It’s incredibly rare these days to find a place that still operates like that. Bob is the kind of owner you don’t see much anymore. He gives more than he takes and runs his business with a big heart and a big brain. It’s obvious he takes pride in everything he does—and it shows. And Adam? Absolutely brilliant. I studied audio engineering at Berklee College of Music, and even I hadn’t heard some of the terminology and techniques he used. For example, when he brought up “parasitic power drainage,” I was floored—most people would just call it “power loss,” but Adam knew exactly what to test for and how to explain it. He’s insanely knowledgeable, super professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. This is the first place I’ve ever been to where I left feeling like I found more than great service—I found people I trust. People I want to keep around. I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else. I can’t say enough good things about Bob and his team. I have brought him about six cars for window tint in other work and have been nothing short of impressed every time. Professional, does what they say they’re going to do and delivers on every promise. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Called and spoke to David because I wanted to verify if they would be able to take my original 2007 Toyota Prius key fob, that was totally worn out with a piece missing on both fobs, and take the internal parts out and put them in replacements. David said to bring them in, that he would have to see them to determine if he could repair them. I had already purchased two empty key fobs. I brought both in and David worked on them till he had both working like new. While I was there I hear other staff talking to customers and they insure them that they would do their best to solve any issues. I highly recommend this establishment.

This place is amazing. Bob handles everything really professionally. Facility is clean and has lots of parking. My tint looks great.

Bob the owner has been in the business for decades. This is a certified car alarm and stereo installation shop. They're off the main street which is why I've never seen them. I only found out about them when I called Viper. I'll never go anywhere else for car security again.. Extremely satisfied with this establishment.
