Blown away by the excellent work Alex and his crew did on our family car! In the 7 years we have had our vehicle it has seen many messes from our 4 kids. Hidden Details was able to restore our vehicle back to prestige condition, we felt like we left in a brand new car! Their excellent work is second to their amazing customer service. Alex went over and beyond, not taking any shortcuts and made sure we left satisfied. We left way more than satisfied and would highly recommend Hidden Details! 10/10!

Came back from vacation to find my semi truck very filthy and abandoned after a driver decided to leave all his mess and trash everywhere. Also had cigarette burns on mattress and different places and a bunch of cigarette butts laying everywhere inside the truck, drinks spilled on the floor. Alex and his crew are great. They have detailed a few semi trucks for me in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. Called him last minute and was able to squeeze me in after he had someone cancel an appt. I took my Tesla here because of the price and good reviews but was skeptical of the warranty on the tint they were promoting. A couple months after the job had been finished I encountered a problem with the tint and I called expecting them to not honor the warranty and try to charge me but instead was told by Alex to bring my car in that same day and he had it fixed in under an hour!! Didn’t charge me a cent either. Highly recommend this shop for their price, honesty and high quality work. Update: The only reason I was skeptical was because I have had bad experiences with other shops promising a warranty on the work they provide and when it comes time to upholding the warranty they don’t honor it. This had nothing to do with your business and more of just bad experiences with other shops!!
