Seems like service people are always sick, no one working on my car, no one attending to the phone, no one calling to update on the status of the repair. They take their sweet time to do the job with no consideration for how it is impacting their customers. Overall, slow, unreliable and very poor customer service. NEVER, NEVER take your car here.

My appointment was scheduled with Mr Zezzo who made great effort to understand my concerns and needs as well as inform me of what to expect during the process. My vehicle was serviced by technician Mr Blake who made a valiant effort to convey what would require servicing and why it was required. Blake was extraordinarily polite, his knowledge was expansively vast which made me feel extremely comfortable and dare I say confident that my car was in his hands! These guys did more than just fix my car, they showed me that there are still gentlemen on this planet and not every auto shop is out to upcharge you. This is a shop that genuinely wants your vehicle to roll out as good as it can be. TRUST THEM AND BE REWARDED WITH PEACE OF MIND.
