Just picked up my Jeep to find that the work was not completed for a 3rd time. Each time made an appointment and at one point left it for two days. When I left today they made me pay them for an unfinished job. I attempted to express to the mechanic and inside guy that I was a little pissed having to keep bringing it back and ending up with uncompleted work and before I even got the sentence out the mechanic threw up his arms, cut me off and walked off. I went inside to ask why the work wasn’t done only to be swore at repeatedly and listened to the mechanic whine about his job and how tough he has it. The most unprofessional display I have ever encountered. I will never go back or recommend Archie’s Off Road again. Poor service, a mechanic with anger issues who should get another job if he doesn’t like what he is doing and repeated uncomplete work. I don’t leave many negative reviews but do yourself a favor and go someplace.

I have never written a review before but this business really deserves it! Such wonderful and kind people that work there. Fixed my Forester, she drives so much better! So grateful I was able to find Archie’s!

I'm not much of a writer but I needed to say something...I've had my 2017 silverado for almost 3 years and been a maine resident for over 6yrs. I've lived all over the country and have had many vehicles and lots of mechanics. Archies is a stand out among the rest for sure. Bill, Kristien and the team has helped me out with numerous repairs and after market upgrades. They are always helpful, patient and provide solid direction. Alot of mechanics and dealerships will b.s. you and cost you more money. Archies provides honest service. I've had coworkers and loved ones bring vehicles there and all of them have had great experiences. If they don't have the right answer off the bat...they will investigate to do what's right and what's best for your wallet. They really care about they're clients. Thanks again guys for all the help, knowledge and hard work.
