First let me start by saying I never give reviews, but I'm compelled to leave this one after my experience here. I found this place by chance when I needed tint removed from my new car widows to pass MD inspection. They were able to do it while I waited and did a great job. So I decided to bring my older 2013 Acura MDX in for detailing before shipping it out to my son in CA. The vehicle wasn't filthy, but I hadn't had it detailed before in the 7 years owning it. I asked for it "showroom new"; and BA-BY... that's EXACTLY what I got! That car looked so good I didn't want to drive it! The father and son duo that did the work far surpassed ALL my expectations! They wanted me to look at everything to make sure I was happy. It's so refreshing to have a provider really care whether you're satisfied with their work and not just trying to get your hard earned money for doing the bare minimum. This team at Exclusive Concepts is top-notch, and they were so friendly and attentive I left there feeling like a new Auntie! From now on, nobody touches my car except these professionals. Incredible Service! I had a remote start installed here back in 2021. Four years later, after a vehicle inspection, I suspected a wire had come loose, which left my car immobile. I called the shop an hour before closing, and the owner went out of his way to help me troubleshoot over the phone. While he couldn’t fix it that night, he walked me through how to temporarily start my car and invited me to stop by the next day. When I arrived, the staff was super friendly and already knew my situation. Jeff got to work immediately, updated me several times, and had everything fixed in two hours. He even repaired my warped fender (completely unrelated issue) and refused to take a dime. It’s rare to find this kind of care and integrity. I couldn’t recommend them more!
