Went for removal of my tint on the Model Y. Mark was professional and gave me good advice/recommendation, and his prices are reasonable! I plan to bring my new truck here to be tinted. Highly recommend him.

Opted to use ProGuard on the recommendation of an online group. I called, and the staff were fairly professional, and the work was done quickly, so for that, they got two stars. What I have an issue with is the price and the quality of work that was completed. I was quoted and paid $100 for a small chip service. What I ended up with was a very shoddy fill that looks like the tech filled it with a cheap chip repair kit. For a hundred bucks (basically half the price of a new screen), I would have expected a smooth and almost transparent job. I'm sure the shop is going to respond with "we can't guarantee what it will look like, all chips are different" nonsense. But I've seen the work that is possible, and this just looks terrible. It's no better than if I bought a kit offline and did it myself. From previous reviews, they seem to do good work on replacements, but if you want chip repair, save yourself the money and go someplace else.

ProGuard was recommended by a friend. I had a leak on my rear glass. Of course it also had rear heat sensors in it. The techs advised me the glass was not put in previously correctly and would like me to come back the next day. They were going to make sure there was a replacement glass just in case it broke upon removal. The next day I came back. I was then told the previous installer had soidered my rear heat sensors to the glass. Looked like it wasn't going to get fixed. HOWEVER...after a few minutes I was advised the tech used a heat gun to loosen the soider so the glass could be removed. The tech was great. My rear glass was resealed with hopefully no more water leaks. Michael (front office) was great. He kept me appraised every step of the way. I have to say for my first time here...It truly was a great experience!!!! Thanks to the tech guy for fast thinking and the great customer service!!!!! I would recommend this place. Oh AND they do window tinting...Return trip coming soon!!!!!

Got my wife’s Corolla tint for a reasonable price, the customer service was great and it was done just before the estimated time that was given. Highly recommend!!
