100% recommend! Had laundry detergent explode in my car back in December, as the weather was warming up the smell was not so pleasant! They were very prompt, accommodating, and professional. He was honest about pricing and the process (as I was honest on what he was taking on). Told him my work schedule and he made it possible for me to drop my car off and pick it up after I was out at 5! He gave me more than just one option as well! When I received my car back, I was so happy! It was better than when I bought my car! Very clean and did an amazing job! Thank you for such a great experience! I will be back and recommending to anyone looking!

I’ve taken my vehicles to Ryan at Blueline Detailing and Tint multiple times, but this most recent experience was deeply disappointing. I booked in advance for a full interior detail, blackout of specific trim pieces, and replacement of the hood guard with PPF. After keeping my Expedition for six full working days, the vehicle was returned with multiple issues: - The left front headlight and front bumper connectors were unplugged, causing a fault code he should have noticed during the 40+ mile drive to drop it off at my house. - Several grille nuts were loose. - Key requests, such as the hood PPF and blackout for the front/rear lower bumpers, were completely ignored without explanation. Ryan stayed in contact with me via text during the work, assuring me that "everything was coming out great," but these items were left undone. At drop-off, he claimed they "couldn’t be done," only to later say in an email that he would do them. - The exterior chrome blackout was done incorrectly—he blacked out all chrome instead of just the areas I requested, despite being given a photo for reference. Worse, the blackout work was rolling upon delivery, and now it will need to be removed entirely. Additionally, the vehicle came back with missing interior inserts and white scratches near the front headlights, likely caused by careless handling during the grille blackout process. Ryan did reach out after the drop-off, acknowledging the poor results and offering to fix the issues. However, based on the condition my vehicle was returned in, I wasn’t comfortable with him working on it again. If he couldn’t correctly complete the work in six full days, I had little confidence he could resolve everything in a weekend, as he suggested. When I requested a full refund for the subpar service, Ryan agreed but said it would take 90 days—an unacceptable timeframe. It also took multiple follow-ups to receive the missing inserts he had promised to mail the following day (which didn't get mailed till a whole week later). I'm still waiting on official notice from Square that the refund has been initiated. Ultimately, this experience fell far below expectations. If you value quality and professionalism, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
