Sullivan Mobile Detailing Lester Prairie, MN 1) left my car (and $1200 cash) believing I was getting a lifetime warranty System X "diamond" ceramic coating. When I came back to pick up my car I was informed, "they sent me the wrong product, u got the 6 year warranty coating, not the lifetime" No phone call, no notice, just applied the stuff he had and not what I paid to get. 2) I immediately started pointing out spots he missed or screwed up on.. He spent another 25 minutes trying to quickly cover the spots I was pointing out... smear marks, finger prints, cloudy spots, bugs still splattered on the front of the mirrors... VERY disappointing first impression... 3) Jeff applied the coating on top of a dirty car (in spots)... on top of bug splatter that didn't get cleaned. 4) Jeff used a buffer on my vehicle that had grit or something on it.. I can see fine scratches in the clear coating .. 5) Jeff told me he would redo it... but now doesn't respond at all. 6)System X dropped Jeff as an installer. System X told me Jeff will no longer be able to install System X ceramic coating. They WILL NOT warranty his instal of their product on my car. That my ONLY option is to bring Jeff to small claims court to recover my $1000. Please see pictures taken the following morning after the ceramic coating was installed. ABSOLUTE TRASH job. I don't understand all the great reviews he has. 2023 Toyota Camry SE color = Ice Edge Less than 5000 miles on it
