I am rating Steele auto 2 star, because it didn’t own up the the expectations that I was looking for. You all had my vehicle for over 7+ hours and it still wasn’t up to my standards. The detailer missed a lot of spots from the hand wash an at that price point, there should have been very Minimum to no errors. I don’t mind paying 125+ for a detail , but my vehicle should have been Immaculate! no excuses. The vehicle wasn’t thoroughly washed. Tip: if you’re going to polish a car etc. please re wash the car again , to get rid of residue from the polishes. When a customer pays that kind of money for a wash, the expectation are extremely high! Quality is a MUST!

I had been looking for an auto detailing place ever since I got my car last year. The guys at this shop went above and beyond my expectations. They gave my car a shine that made it look like it just came off the showroom floor. I definitely will be going back to them. A very pleased customer.
