I had a terrible experience with the auto start installation on my Acura RDX. The installation was done poorly, causing the fuse box to burn out, which led to numerous electrical issues and the car not driving properly. The damage to the fuse box also resulted in the rack and pinion being ruined. I ended up spending thousands of dollars at the dealership to fix the problems. They even provided a letter explaining how the faulty installation caused all these issues. When I called them and let them know, they wanted to charge me labor fees to fix their mistake! I had no choice but to hire a lawyer, and they’ll be hearing from him soon. I strongly advise against using this service.

Their team has installed new alarm and or lock systems on the majority of our fleet. They have also installed remote starts on a couple personal vehicles.

Years ago, I had them put a remote start on my car and they said to call if I ever had any problems. Fast forward to now and it wouldn't work. Just a simple phone call and they walked me through how to troubleshoot and fix it. Super impressed with their service!

I just installed my own system but needed a little help with tunning! These guys didnt turn me away because i didnt have them install my stuff! They got me setup correctly and didnt try to up sell me or push stuff on me i didnt need!
