Lusso has done a few vehicles for me over the years. From tint to PPF and details as well. For a long time, we have exchanged and worked together. It's been a while but I'm still taking my tint needs and such to them. Recently had a hiccup and John didn't hesitate to make it right. Being in the industry I know mistakes can happen so I understand. But John has always made sure to rectify and take care of any issue and or concern. Many other places that we have worked with aren't as efficient and if there is an issue you are met with excuses. Even some of the so-called top tint spots in Vegas. I have tried. Another place ranked at one point as one of the best in Vegas used a marker to try and cover up a mistake and said it was normal practice. And didn't fix the issue. It was a nice relief to have a place back to work that is done. Thanks

These guys are awesome. They were the lowest price, Zach gave truly world-class service, the work was completed on time, the job was done perfectly, and they even added a small repair that wasn’t expected because it happened to be close the the rest of the repairs. However, I don’t believe in perfect scores so I thought long and hard about a “CON” that I could add to all these “PROS” and I did find one: the coffee in the waiting room was a little too strong. Jk, I didn’t have to wait long enough to pour a cup! I love you guys. Thanks Zach, and thanks to the guys in back. Your work is stellar. Best of luck during 2025.
