I am really not one to leave a bad review but unfortunately it has come to this because the owner is not responding to our request for an update on the status of our vehicle. We left my husband’s car for a rap job over spring break and was told it would take a week. They said they would need an extra day and will try to have it by Sunday, which is fine bc we all know things can take a day extra and we’d rather them do a good job than to rush it. But then it became Monday…no news…and then it was promised to be done by Tuesday after 8pm. I was standing next to my husband a little before 8 to get an update and he quickly hung up and said that Christian was calling into the shop and would call me back. I was prepared to drive him later on last night if need be to get the car. Well, not only did we not get a call back, we now don’t have a second vehicle for a trip we need to take for our kids’ competition TODAY. It’s 5am and as a mom of 4 with a full time job, my brain is all over the place trying to figure out the logistics of getting everyone everywhere to include our trip today and I am so disappointed that Christian is not being forthcoming to tell us what’s going on. This isn’t just about making a car look good, it’s about respecting the people who trust you with the service and it should not be taken lightly that when a car is out of a household, that it has major consequences. Delays are going to happen and that is OK but what is not is the dishonesty and constant unfulfilled promises

A+ for Christian and his employees!. Had external and internal ceramic applied to my new off the lot Toyota RAV4 XLE PREMIUM. I want to protect it from road sand, gravel, and whatever else comes my way while driving. (My other vehicle is a 2025 Peterbilt and I'll probably get that wrapped in a Veteran design).

Terrible service and quality of install! They do not communicate, they kept my car for 28 days to install a wrap - they will lie on the status and give you the run around. Save yourself the headache, terrible company to work with.
