Not the type of workmanship I would expect from such a highly esteemed company. I received my car back with a few scratches on the driver side window and two bubbles/peeling on my front window sun strip tinting. The front clear bra had a few imperfections that aloud dirt and grime to build up in the adhesive. Whoever did it also left the rear door handle access panels off with screws in the side door. I don’t want the hassle of having to take my car there twice to make it right. I won’t go back.

These folks just replaced an inferior quality Tonneau Cover installed by others with a quality product and superior customer service. Would not hesitate to be a return customer. Thank you!

Last month I had a ARE shell installed on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma at Trimline. Jeff DeHaan from Trimline was a pleasure to work with and kept me apprised of the delivery of the shell. Trimline was able to have this ARE shell delivered just in time for a hunting trip. Thanks for your professionalism customer service. Bart Langley

This place has amazing quality work, we have used it for all vehicles, but make sure to keep your original tint receipt. I never had any tint issues with any other vehicles, but did have one this time. No biggie though, I respect things happen - so I inquired on my warranty. Even though they can print my original and said I didn't need it, because they located it in their system when I came several weeks ago - Mike had an issue today. Several weeks ago I walked in and spoke with Jeff, showing him the lifted off halfway quarter pieces on my back windows. I asked him if he can guide me as to their warranty process and/or replacement costs. I was reassured by Jeff that it was no problem, that they'd take care of it for free under warranty and I don't need my original because he located it on his computer. Jeff scheduled me for the replacement work and I came early today only to have issues arise checking in with another front employee named Mike. Mike said that Jeff never should have said it was warranty despite the fact they can pull it up in the system, because that's not how their warranties work. I have to have the original purchase receipt, even though they can have it in their system, or else there's no warranty on their end for me to utilize for the tint peeling up. I explained that a few weeks ago he was sitting right next to Jeff who told me it was no issue and he never piped up to correct him improperly informing me. That Jeff had my original receipt notated in my appointment with them. That Jeff said it wouldn't be an issue at all. That they would take care of the two quarter rounds and inspect the others as well. This morning, the back window was also lifting and I was told Mike to let him know. He said I wasn't scheduled for that and he doesn't know if they have enough time for the back window and that's if they even decide to replace it. I told him if it's needed to reschedule to do it another day, I respect that and am happy to reschedule to accomodate all the replacements needed. Mike went out with the window tinter and inspected my car. They decided to clean and use an adhesive to address the edges of the back window where it was lifting and would do that with the quarter rounds replacement today. While I'm uneasy it's glued down edges for the back window, hopefully it holds. I just think this situation should have been handled a little better on Mike's part. I truly thought coming in with the flaws visible and showing Jeff the other week who reassured me they would fix it wouldn't have led to Mike's frustration with my lack of initial invoice, despite locating it in the system just as Jeff did. I appreciate getting things addressed, but I wish their policies were clearly communicated to all employees should what Mike said ring true. Otherwise, I feel like they need to honor what Jeff said when I came in physically several weeks ago and showed Jeff the flaws. Which granted, they reluctantly did fix today. I totally respect running a business and protocols, that's why I asked about and came in physically about it weeks ago. You guys do great work, and I have faith you would make it right, but please communicate to each other so everyone is on the same page instead of giving the client a hassle that I'd hoped to avoid, thinking I went through the right channels the right way for the flaws that occurred.

The team at Trimline where awesome. Fair prices but what set them apart was the excellent service. They truly cared to make sure I was satisfied. Super rare these days. I would absolutely come back for all my needs in future and recommend to anyone looking for truck accessories.
