"I had a terrifying drive on the Thruway yesterday. Coming from East of Syracuse to Pittsford for a doctors appointment. The roads were dry. Yet about ten miles into my drive in heavy traffic my front tires were making the most horrific sound. There was no shaking of the vehicle. When I went to leave from my appointment, the issue was even worse. I connected Google Maps to find me the closest, highest rated service shop. 5 Stars 🌟 does not even come close to the professionalism of the crew. I think that 10 to 20 stars would be more accurate. They took care of a distraught old woman who was not a local customer with grace and kindness. I grew up helping my father working on our vehicles. So if I take it to a shop, I expect the same attention to detail. This vehicle was not mine. It's a 2011 Jeep Liberty. This vehicle was just inspected by my, now former dealership. A Jeep Dealership. The front wheels were not put back on properly, they were not wire brushed to make sure that the tires would be seated correctly after the inspection. I am incredibly grateful to EVERYONE here who fixed this issue. They probably saved my life. Thank you. Thank you so much for fixing the problem."
