Was considering this place but after seeing the owners completely unprofessional and superflous responses to their 1 star reviews I will never try this place out.

Unprofessional in every aspect. My mother arrived for an 11am appointment and they did not have it on the system. No one was there. Waited for 15mins for someone to arrive. I advised her to leave but she insisted on waiting bc needed her inspection completed. Price changed from original quote. Original quote did not specify for 2 windows?? If this is accurate, why not follow up with the client by calling to verify how many windows were being serviced? Anyhow, glad she had this experience so I know to never patronize here and will never refer this location. There are plenty of other businesses who value a customer’s time and are consistent/thorough with estimations. UPDATE: This response is laughable. I appreciate it. Much success with your business.
