The detailed arrived early and that was a plus. He was very respectful towards me. However, he did leave the trash from the vehicle scattered across the driveway instead of throwing it away in the trash can right beside the vehicle. For $95 I would have expected a cleaner vehicle. There was still a decent amount of dust left in the vehicle after he was done. Could’ve got the same level of wash for $40 at the auto bell car wash. Would not recommend for the price.

They came out when they said they would and did a good job. We did the full interior deep clean. Got all the stains out the seat and did the best they could with the carpet. Only issues are that there are some spots on the ceiling and visor from what looks like the dash and plastic spray (Armor All). Unfortunately we didn't see this when we looked it over before he left so we have to figure it out. Updated to 5 stars because they came back out and fixed the issue. The roof and visor look great and will use them again for the next detailing.

Lamar (the owner) and his associate did a fantastic job on my Escape. She looked better than when I bought her.
