I regret to say that my experience with CoolVu of Dayton was nothing short of disappointing. We hired them for tinting over 100 windows on our commercial garage doors, and the service provided was subpar at best. First, the installation quality was poor—light was visible around the edges of the tint, peeling of the film, bubbles and brackets were removed and not replaced. Due to these removed brackets, some windows broke, adding to our troubles. After the installation, we tried to reach out to CoolVu regarding the issues. WE PAID THEM IN FULL ONCE THEY PROMISED TO FIX THINGS - We spent two months emailing, calling, and texting, only to receive no response. It was only after we hired another company, Beyond Kompare, to rectify the situation that Zachary J from CoolVu reached out. This lack of communication was incredibly disappointing. Ultimately, we had to hire Beyond Kompare to redo CoolVu's work, costing a significant amount more. Inspectors from other companies confirmed the initial job was so poorly executed that everything needed to be removed and replaced. In my opinion, I would advise anyone seeking window tinting services to look elsewhere. Choose a professional company that ensures proper installation and maintains communication. Save yourself from an experience like ours with CoolVu of Dayton.
