The last time I got serviced here four years ago, they did a wonderful job and everyone was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that the entire time they have your car you don’t receive any updates at all. I dropped my vehicle off on January 13th and still haven’t received it back yet. I finally called a few days ago and was told I would get my car by Thursday and I still have yet to receive it. I respect and appreciate the work that they do wholeheartedly, it just would be nice to not get the run around and to not be left in the dark. I use my vehicle to make money on the side so I’m definitely pressed to get it back. Overall, the service is great I just wish the communication was better.

Took my BMW Z4 for a front bumper touch up after a parking lot incident. Responsible party wanted an estimate without insurance paying for it and got a $4K quote which was extremely excessive for the paint damage. Insurance company got involved an it took over 4 weeks to get the repairs sorted. Total bill $1,700. During the process there was no updates. I had to call and leave voicemails continuously and never got a call back. Finally got a hold of them the day it was supposed to be finished and I was happily surprised it was! Picking up the car we noticed engine light on so we had to leave it there and wait until they called us back in the afternoon to let us know it was all sorted out. So work and quality good. Service and communication awful. Let’s not even talk about initial estimates without insurance. That was play robbery

Quality work BMW certified shop for my X5. Stephen Vogt excellent to work with. Never any surprises. Highly recommend.

Wow! Unbeliveable. This is the second time I’ve been here to pick up my car after 8 WEEKS and they still can’t get it right. One example…they had 3 new wheels. They match each other. Problems is they don’t match the original wheel left on the car! How do you miss that? And how do you put the wrong wheels on a car? This is a dang expensive car too. And there are multiple other issues.
