He kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining any issues he encountered. When insurance refused to cover certain necessary repairs related to potential safety risks, Chris went above and beyond—advocating for us and ensuring progress wasn’t delayed. This includes getting on a 3-way call with claims to ensure correct actions were done. Toward the end of the process, insurance refused to cover a final diagnostic test to confirm the car’s safety. Chris and his team firmly stood by their commitment to customer safety, refusing to release the vehicle until they were confident it was in a safe condition—regardless of insurance coverage. They even performed the final diagnostic free of charge to guarantee my safety. This team truly went above and beyond, turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Everytime I call, no one answers the phone. What kind of business dose this. I have my mustang at the body shop and trying to get ahold of someone there for some questions and no answer. I'm hour and a half away so I just can't run over there. Seriously thinking of going to get my mustang and taking it to my own body guy.

They will fix your car but it will probably take a month or two oh and also don’t forget they won’t answer the phone or communicate. And the car still might not be done after that month or two.
