Hector was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. And I didn't feel like i was being pressured with any upsales. After some cleaning, Hector discovered that it was concrete dusting that got coated on my truck and was able to remove it. Which was quite a bit. The truck looks as good as the day I bought it. He even took time to do extra touch-ups that were not part of the package I got. Would highly recommend. You get high quality and honest work.
