Amazing place to go for all things car detailing, whether that's a wash, interior cleaning, PPF, window tint, you name it! They were very polite and professional. While they were a bit more expensive than the other places around town, i know that the best quality comes from here and their warranty is amazing too. Would recommend 👌

Reached out Sunday night about getting my new Subaru wrx tinted, they reach out bright and early letting me know pricing and everything I needed to know said they could even get me in same day! Love the way my Subaru turned out I highly reccomend will be coming back to do more business with them!

I would give a 5 star review if it wasn’t for one thing they did. My fiancé called TWO days ago to make an appointment for today so they had 48 hours to let us know if there was any changes they wanted to make. We made an appointment to get some tint done on his car 15 around 20 on the windshield. We made sure to tell the man working the front desk this when we made the appointment TWO days ago. Today we dropped off the car and took off in our other car because it’s a couple hour job. No big deal. A few hours later they call us to come pick up the car, so we do just that. Once we arrive the person working behind the desk comes out and doesn’t let us pay until we make sure we like it. It struck me as odd at first but I thought okay he wants to make sure we happy with it before paying. Cool. He then tells us that they didn’t want to put 20% tint on the windshield because it’s “dangerous” even though TWO days ago they said it wasn’t a problem. That’s not even the big thing I’m getting at here. They didn’t call to let us know in advance. they just decided to go ahead and do something they knew we didn’t agree too. I just wanna make something clear really fast. I’m not unhappy with how it looks. I am unhappy with the fact that both the person tinting the car and front desk worker both proceeded to touch the car with anything before even giving us a call and asking if 30% on the front was something we were open to. Instead they treated it like it was their car and their choice to make. Car toys will do whatever tint you want whatever % you want. My man’s old Honda had 15% all around and 5% on the windshield. It was hard to see out of it at night but we never drove it at night, so it wasn’t a big deal to us. My Toyota Camry has 15% all around and 25% on the windshield and I can see just fine out of it and it hasn’t been hard for me to see out of it or anything. It was completely disrespectful that they decided to make choices for us instead of giving us a courtesy call before going forward with whatever it was they wanted to do. You don’t spring that into customers after you already did it, that is SUPER unprofessional. It made me not trust them at all and now I’m weary something else is bad because they decide it’s best to not tell people important things until it’s to late. Like I said I would’ve agreed to the changes over the phone. But the fact that they did not even give me the choice upsets me. As it would the person reading this if you agreed to something TWO days in advance and it got changed AFTER they told you to come pick it up. They need a better training video for their employees if they feel comfortable doing this to their customers because that is totally unacceptable.
