I am the original owner of my 1998 Suburban 2500 and have really tried to maintain it! One thing that has bugged me for years was the terrible headlights! I really could hardly see at night and I had to drive so carefully I could barely drive the speed limit on most streets that didn’t have bright street lights! I could barely see the white lines along the shoulder! Really terrible! I had taken it to dealers and repair shops and they all told me the headlights were “fine” and that was all I could expect! I got referred to Car Stereo Specialists by another business in town and Ricardo sized up my situation in about 5 minutes and recommended switching to LED light bulbs, gave me a quote and we scheduled a time! Unfortunately, I was returning from Portland and gave myself 2 hours to make it to Hood River but there was a massive backup due to an accident on I84 just west of Cascade Locks and I was nearly two hours late for my appointment. Well, Ricardo still took care of me and got it all installed while I went shopping nearby. He called and I picked it up about 6pm! The cost was less than the quote he had given me which was a real nice surprise! Last night I got a chance to drive it at night and “wow” what a difference! I feel so much safer driving and the appearance of the lights makes the Suburban look years younger than it really is! I am going to have Ricardo do the back lights as soon as I can arrange it! Worst customer service ever!! Was quoted one price and ended up having to pay way more than I was quoted. The service guy Ricardo solorio, was very rude after I askers why I have to pay more which he responded with “you have to pay it regardless” took my keys and stormed off back into the shop. This place is sketchy, careful bringing your car here for anything.

Ricardo and his crew did a great job tinting the windows on my van. great customer service - would come back.
