Our Honda CRV factory speakers were having issues, George diagnosed with absolute certainty it was the radio unit. He quoted me $650 and when my GF went in to pay he charged her $1050 claiming he discussed it with me previously. While George is fun to talk to and full of interesting stories, he immediately reverts to zero responsibility or ownership of his work. The day after his radio install, I was still having the exact same issues. I called back to inquire and got an earful of excuses and runarounds with contradicting statements from the initial diagnosis. I’m now $1050 out of pocket with zero improvements and back to square one. While it may have curb appeal and appear tried/true, don’t be mistaken, this is just a typical underperforming and overcharging stereo shop. There are plenty of nice reviews on here and I’m not surprised, he has a beautiful shop and takes pride in everything he owns. If it were a simple fix I’m sure he would have done great. Unfortunately, the reality is there’s no guarantees or warranties assumed here and I am now $1050 out of pocket with zero realized benefit.

Very rude and disrespectful, said he would diagnose my vehicle and call me to tell me what was wrong with it to get it fixed that day and didn't do that at all then wanted to make a apt for a different day when he told me it would be done the same day and it didn't happen and he was more worried he wouldn't get paid I would totally go somewhere else for service

First and foremost George was amazing, he was up front and forthright about my entire sale of new deck. He had the product and made great suggestions on what would work and made it happen. My motor home now has great sound and an awesome deck with so many new features I love. I highly recommend In Tune and George for all your sound needs.

Went to these guys for a stereo system install in my small hatchback and communicated I didn't want a large system at all, been there done that. I was trying to go economical and they understood that as well. I got a small good system installed and love it! Great guys! Great prices!

Did an amazing job installing a subwoofer, new speakers, etc in my truck. Very cool staff as well. 100% recommend.
