We were travelling from Toronto, Canada to Philadelphia for our son’s weekend hockey tournament. Our van broke down and no garage was available to take us until the following week, until we called Felix, from Absolute Transmission Service. He was very busy also, but he kindly squeezed us in because we were so far from home. It was a Friday evening and we were panicking because we had to get to our son‘s tournament in Philly and we had a hotel booked that night. Felix put our minds at ease when he arranged to have our car towed from a parking lot to his garage and diagnose the problem the next day. Our transmission needed to be rebuilt. Felix ordered all the parts needed and told us that he would work on it Monday as they were closed on Sunday. He kept in contact with us by text and phone to let us know how things were going. He had the van fixed by Tuesday, saving us from paying extra costs in hotel and car rental fees. He also contacted us after we arrived home to check that we made it there safely. Felix was very kind and compassionate about our situation. He was friendly, professional, and thorough about what needed to be repaired. Filix is a con artist. I've been there 6 times and never seen him working on a vehicle he said he fixed my transmission. Charge me $3000. Didn't fix anything. Send it back multiple times still leak in transmission fluid. By the way, I think he would use my car for personal trips as you put 300 miles on it within a week. Complaint file with Attorney General and district attorney.

Great work and price done on Nissan cube with the shit box fake shifting cvt created by Nissan with good pricing for rebuild, all other shops I called wouldn't even bother with cvt at all
